SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We ship from Florida to addresses in the continental US (and select international locations—contact us for rates).

Processing Time:

  • Orders ship within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

Shipping Carriers:

  • USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on size/weight).

Shipping Costs:

  • Calculated at checkout (or free for orders over $200.00). We offer standard, expedited, and overnight options where available.

Delivery Estimates:

  • 3–7 business days for standard US shipping; longer for remote areas or international.

Lost/Damaged Packages:

  • If lost, file a claim with the carrier (we'll assist). For damaged items, see our Return & Refund Policy.

International Shipping:

  • Duties/taxes are your responsibility; we don't cover customs delays. Contact for more information. (Not all items ship internationally.) 

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date (or delivery date for online orders), provided the item meets our return conditions.

 

Eligibility:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with original packaging, tags/labels, and accessories intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.

  • Final sale items include sale/clearance products, personalized/custom-made items, gift cards, digital downloads, and certain health/hygiene/personal care products (e.g., underwear, cosmetics)—these are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Per Florida law and our policy, we do not accept returns on perishable goods or items prohibited by law from resale.

 

How to Return:

  • Email us at support@americannewdefense.com with your order number to start the return process. We'll send return instructions (and a prepaid label if the return is due to our error, such as wrong/defective item).

  • Customer-paid return shipping — Unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the incorrect product, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

 

Refunds & Processing:

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing takes 5–10 business days after receipt (actual crediting time depends on your bank or card issuer).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If we cover return shipping (e.g., our mistake), it will be included in your refund.

  • We may deduct a reasonable restocking fee (up to 15%) for certain returns if stated at checkout or in the policy.

 

Exchanges:

  • We happily offer exchanges for size, color, or similar items (subject to availability) instead of a refund—contact us to check stock.

  • Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund (including original shipping) or replacement at no extra cost.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or deny returns/exchanges that do not comply with these conditions or appear used/abused.

 

This policy complies with Florida consumer protection laws (including conspicuous posting requirements under § 501.142, Fla. Stat.). It applies to online sales shipped from or to customers in Florida and beyond. For questions, reach us at support@americannewdefense.com.
